Hi! We’re Ana, Managing Partner, and Matt, Founder/Owner. After 35 years leading large-scale commercial and industrial builds, Dad was ready to channel that expertise into something more personal, helping families create homes they love. I spent years with a regional new-home builder learning every step of residential construction, from plan design to final punch lists. In 2025, we combined forces to launch Ouellette Construction and Development LLC. The goal? Make building a new home in Southwest Washington easier, clearer, and more cost-efficient for everyday buyers.
